JIRA Snap Pack
Overview
JIRA is an issue and project management product. Use Snaps in this Snap Pack to create, get, update, delete, link, search, and transition issues in Jira:
- JIRA Create — Creates issues in JIRA.
- JIRA Delete — Deletes JIRA issues.
- JIRA Get — Retrieves information on JIRA issues.
- JIRA IssueLink — Links JIRA issues.
- JIRA Search — Performs advanced searches using JIRA Query Language (JQL).
- JIRA Transition — Performs transitions on JIRA issues.
- JIRA Update — Updates JIRA issues.
Note:
- The JIRA Snap Pack supports both the Jira Server and Jira Cloud.
- Atlassian has introduced support for API tokens on all Atlassian Cloud sites, replacing Atlassian account passwords for all Jira APIs. If you are using a REST endpoint in Jira with basic authentication, you must update your SnapLogic Jira integrations to use an API token by June 3, 2019.
To update your Jira integration, perform the following steps:
- Navigate to your Atlassian Cloud application to create an API token.
- Once you create the API token, navigate to Configuring JIRA Accounts.
- Enter the API token as the Password property on the account.
